There are 7 chakras (or “centers”) in your body. If your chakras are unaligned they can create physical blockages, ailments and illnesses. Aligned chakras create space for energy to flow freely.

A Little Bit About Me
After a long journey dealing with mental and physical challenges, I found it difficult to find resolutions, solutions, and balance. It wasn’t until a began my spiritual journey that I found health and wellness through mindfulness and being in the present moment.
Now it is my personal mission to aid others on their own journey to health and wellness through spiritual awareness.
I have obtained my Level 3 Reiki Master certification and my certifiaction as a restorative Yoga practitioner.
